What is shipment insurance?
Parcel insurance is an optional service that you can use to get financial compensation if your parcels are lost or damaged. Consignment insurance can cover everything from e-commerce goods to important documents to/from embassies or such as legal certificates.

You've sent your product, but the worst has happened: it was lost in transit or arrived damaged. Your first step is to contact our customer service team, who will start an investigation. Your claim must be submitted within 30 days from the day DHL accepted your shipment. They will alert the relevant service points in our network to gather further information, including photographs and details relating to the case. You can expect an update on the findings after approximately 3 days.
Shipment insurance price - min 11.00 EUR or 1% from the value. Document shipment insurance – 5 EUR. In case of document shipment loss, a fixed compensation will be paid.
