The promotion is open to natural persons only. Legal entities are not eligible to participate.
After the winners are announced, winners must contact DHL within 7 calendar days. If a winner fails to do so, the tickets will be awarded to other selected participants.
The tickets are valid until October 1, 2026. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Winners are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the departure location. The specific cruise date and time must be agreed upon in advance with our partner, Nemuno Turas.
By participating, entrants agree that their submitted stories may be used in DHL communications, including social media channels and marketing materials. The organizer reserves the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive, or rule-violating content.
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree that their personal data will be processed and stored throughout the promotion period and for two months after the announcement of the winners. Once the retention period expires, personal data will be deleted. Data contained in prize acceptance and transfer documents will be retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
